I've been working as a Massage Therapist in the Twin Cities for over six years. I graduated from CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School in 2018 and pride myself on my knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology combined with precision and intuition in my work. I quickly identify involved tissue and restrictions with laser precision. I enjoy bringing an empathetic approach to bodywork, making space for deep relaxation as well as thorough productive results.

I'm an expert in deep tissue bodywork, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and Craniosacral techniques.
